********************************
Public Domain Release
********************************
As of the 12th of August ALL features of TriLevel are enabled and
there is no such things as a registered version. There is also no longer
a support board for TriLevel, but you can leave messages for me on the
Lobster Bouy (home of TriTel) if you need to.

New Features List
TriLevel now sends messages (registered version only) for the
following reasons:
NEW Subscription <--- New!
Expiring subscription
Expired subscription <--- New!
Lowered access level
Raised access level <--- New!
*NOTE: I changed the name of the old EXPIRE.ANS/BBS to EXPIRING.ANS/BBS
so it was more descriptive of who it was being sent to.
I've also made the TriLevel output screen match the output of
TriTel's callers log so it shows up in the "View callers log" even
if it is the first event (call entry) of the day.
That's about it. Thanks to Randy Hunt for new ideas and an open
invitation to anyone else who has suggestions. If you are running a
TriTel BBS I also urge you to check out two other programs I have
written recently. They are both Public Domain and very handy.
TTNEWF10.ZIP <-- Sysop configurable NewFiles utility to get
text displays of new files in the past X number
of days. Has a few other handy uses too!
TTNEWM11.ZIP <-- Very quick and easy NewMessages utility that
gives you a text listing of the new messages
on your TriTel BBS and what conference they are
in. Good for Netmail BBS's.
